The following conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries and other services. We expressly reject any variant regulations of the contract partner. Any and all subsidiary arrangements must be drawn up in writing and approved to become applicable.

Offers

The products displayed have been processed digitally, i.e. there may be colour variations, or corruptions. Please take this into account as a replacement free of charge is not offered for deliveries beyond the boarders of Germany.

 If no details are given regarding mode of payment, shipment is effected cash on delivery + COD charge. Orders received from abroad are shipped against cash in advance.

Purchase contract / Delivery

As a rule national orders are shipped within two workdays - using a forwarder of our own choice.

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal only applies to mail orders within the Federal Republic of Germany. In the case of return consignments from abroad, the charge for the return consignment is borne by the buyer. You are entitled to return the goods within 1 month of receipt without giving any special reason. If the value of the goods exceeds Euro 40, please contact us for a return receipt covering free consignment.

Refund is effected upon receipt of the goods. When returning damaged goods, or goods with signs of usage, we reserve the right to claim damages. Original labels affixed to the goods may not be removed or damaged.

Liability

Regi-Shoes and Schuhhaus Frobese does not bear any reliability whatsoever for possible damage that may result from utilisation of the products purchased, particularly upon improper utilisation provided the damage was not caused by Regi-Shoes and Schuhaus Frobese - deliberately or by gross negligence.

Warranty

The period of warranty is 24 months as from delivery. The purchase date must be substantiated by an invoice when making a claim. The claimed article is sent to

together with a copy of the invoice and a notification of the defect(s). Freight forward goods are not accepted! Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or modifications to the goods made by the customer. Upon our acceptance of a claim, you may either choose to cancel the contract of purchase, to accept a price reduction or to have the goods exchanged for new goods, provided these are available.

Reservation of title

We retain the title to our goods until full payment has been received.

Data Protection

All the data necessary to conclude the contract is stored and, in the scope of order processing, is passed on to associated companies. All person-related data is, it goes without saying, treated strictly confidentially. According to the German Data Protection Act (BDSG) you have the right of objection regarding the utilisation or dissemination of your data for advertising purposes (block indicator). Furthermore, your right to receive information and your right to amendment, to blocking the data we have stored is maintained .
