Adi Dassler was an iconoclast, an obsessed scientist and particularly a visionary. He spent every single day of his life inventing things, trying them out and developing them. His aim was to produce products that enticed athletes to come up with better performances. His passion is mirrored in every single seam - however, the true stories are best recounted by the sportsmen and sportswomen themselves and who confer a soul and spirit to Adi's inventions, and who, together with Adi, entered into history.
 
Kareem Abdul-Jabber did no less than to revolutionise his sport for ever - Jabbar achieved this with the "sky hook". He defied his critics and pundits, developed a new awareness, broke records and inspired the imagination of millions to break new ground, to never be satisfied with a status quo.
